Our return policy is simple and straightforward, so you don't have to worry about exchanging items, if necessary.

• We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

• Returns received in our office between 14 and 28 days of the shipment date will receive a store credit. After 28 days we can not accept any returns. 

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. 

• Returned apparel must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect condition; which includes protective shields on swimsuit bottoms, items properly folded with all tags in place. 

• Apparel which has been soiled, mishandled, abused, wadded up, laundered or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he or she will forfeit all claims. 

• Exchanges for size, color or style within the same group will be made if the original merchandise is returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. 

• Only Exchanges and Store Credits will be issued on Sale Items 

• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns or exchanges.  We only charge shipping once so you will not have to pay for additional items that may need to be sent for exchanges. You are responsible for paying for the items to reach us.

• Credits are generally issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
