I love the look of a bandeau top but they don't give me support......

I love the look of a bandeau top but they don't give me support and lift and generally end up falling down and giving me the very unflattering "sausage boobie" look! " If this is you, we have the perfect top for you! Tara has designed a bandeau with a soft moulded cup (the cup is made in Europe with the finest materials for durability and comfort) that not only gives you support, but when worn with a strap can give you quite a bit of lift. We produce 2 styles with this cup that are difficult to keep in stock because they are so popular. Style 136 is a Twist Bandeau and Style 138 is a bandeau with a "Marilyn" inspired halter strap.

The 136 has a detachable strap that hooks inside the top just under the arms . This top is for the lady who wants to wear the top strapless most of the time, and add the detachable strap during more strenuous activity. The top has sewn in boning for added support and a wide gathered back band that conceals and flatters the back area. This wide back band is also the secret in giving the top this optimum support.

Style 138 is best for heavier larger cup sizes where a strap will most likely be worn. The style has all the components of the 136 except this ruched Bandeau has a more demure "old Hollywood "look. The top can be worn strapless by simply untying the halter strap and tucking it inside the cup or even tying it on top of the back band to achieve a completely invisible strapless look. Tara is known for hardware of jewelry quality and this top is enhanced by such hardware. When Tara designs a top, sometimes the hardware is sized accordingly. This top is such a top. The larger the cup, the longer the hardware so that coverage is never neglected. It is quite expensive to develop and size hardware but the end result justifies the effort and cost.

These tops can be paired with almost any bottom and look great. Low rise hipsters, girl leg retro styles, skirted styles, and even high leg 80s inspired bikinis look great when paired with these tops. Shop our online store to see all the available solids and prints!
